Global Innovation Hub

The Global Innovation Hub, one of the international Business Intelligence (BI) innovation labs of the practice, was set up in collaboration with Singapore Government’s Economic Development Board (EDB) and is based out of Singapore.

The Lab focuses on Advanced Analytics and the latest BI technology platforms to solve industry-specific business issues and create value for customers. The focus areas are:

• RFID Location Analytics for Retail, which focuses on creating greater value through customized promotions by tracking and monitoring customer behavior in real-time. The solution ensures improved availability and categorization of items, provides easy access to relevant product information in real-time, and reduces checkout time.
• Customer Data Integration Hub, which addresses issues around data quality, data governance, data visibility, data security and regulatory compliance of disparate data systems for industries such as Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences, Communication and Public sector.
• Revenue Assurance Solution for the Communications industry addresses vital issues around Revenue Leakage covering all the aspects of the Revenue Management Chain. The solution offers a holistic view on the problems of revenue leakage and helps quickly plug the leakages and eliminate, these issues on a long-term basis.
