Tax-friendly compensation structure: Recognizing the need for Associates at all levels to enjoy income tax-benefits, Mahindra Satyam BSG’s compensation structure is tax-friendly.
Insurance schemes: Mahindra Satyam BSG cares not only for its Associates but also for their dependants. Under the Group Medical Insurance Policy, Associates and their dependants are covered by the Company. Apart from this, we have a Group Personal Accident Insurance scheme, through which Associates can avail free facility at any of the empanelled hospitals throughout the country.
Performance-based incentives: For meeting and exceeding expectations, Associates are rewarded with handsome incentives. Performance incentives for agents in key processes are linked to the revenue generated by the process. This not only enables Associates to feel like a part of the overall business objective but also ensures that they are adequately rewarded for their contribution to the process.

Food coupons: Every Associate in the Company is eligible to receive food coupons. Mahindra Satyam BSG has a tie-up with Accor, which is the European leader and one of the world's largest groups in Hotels and Services. The food coupons are accepted in Mahindra Satyam BSG cafeterias and some of the leading restaurants across the country.
Flexible leave structure: Since majority of our Associates are below 25 years, Mahindra Satyam BSG recognizes the need for a flexible leave structure, which Associates can avail for educational pursuits etc.
Transport: Every Associate up to the Team Lead-level, is provided with a home pick-up and home-drop transport facility, irrespective of the distance and the shift they work on. Mahindra Satyam BSG has the distinction of being the second BSG in the country to embark a web-based transport rostering model.

Health Gym: Associates of Mahindra Satyam BSG may make use of a Reebok-certified gym facility available in the office campus, at discounted rates.
TRACS (Trainee Assessment and Compensation System): At Mahindra Satyam BSG, we recognize the need for special attention towards Associates, who join us as trainees - straight from the college. TRAC is Mahindra Satyam BSG’s commitment to grooming leaders from within. It is a well-defined Performance Management System for trainees, where the potential career progression is communicated right at the stage of recruitment.
