The acquisition of Knowledge Dynamics, a leading innovator in telecom analytics, helped us strengthen our competencies further with a framework known as iDecisions. iDecisions offers both base and derived metrics tapping data stores from CRM/Billing systems, Product Catalogue and OE, Network Management Systems and NE (Network equipment), Supply Chain Management and Human Resource Management systems.
