Hyderabad, August 07, 2008: Satyam will participate in the BMW Group IT in-house Exhibition to be held from October 15-16, in Munich, Germany. The annual exhibition provides an ideal platform to inform experts and decision makers within the BMW Group about successful IT and Engineering solution in the enterprise and in the automotive industry worldwide. It also highlights new developments, technologies and tools to support the daily work in all departments. Satyam, an established supplier of BMW, has been invited this year to contribute and share experience and vision. At the event, Satyam will showcase:

• Data Warehousing and Risk Management
• Mechanical Engineering Design
• SAP in finance sector for automotive OEM in Europe
• SAP –  Kit Management System, Failure Rapid Response System (FRRS), and Vendor Direct Ship Program

Satyam will also deliver a talk on the Hera fxV – Digital Car, which is an R&D project launched by Satyam ACE (Automotive Center of Excellence). This initiative brings the industry, institutions, R&D groups, associations together in a consortium to work on the India’s first car. The model, termed a "Mathematical Model", could be replicated into a physical product down the years. In the larger picture, it will aim at packaging India as a proven offshore R & D, Design and Innovation development destination.
