| Satyam to Announce First Quarter Results on July 21, 2006 |

Hyderabad (India), July 8, Saturday, 2006: Satyam Computer Services Ltd. (NYSE: SAY), a leading global consulting and information technology services company, will announce both Indian GAAP and US GAAP results for its first quarter ended June 30th, 2006, on the morning of July 21, 2006 (IST).
The release will be followed by a conference call where Satyam’s founder and chairman B. Ramalinga Raju, Ram Mynampati, president, Commercial and Healthcare businesses, and other members of Satyam management will discuss the performance of the quarter.
The call will be at 6:30PM IST (9:00PM in Hong Kong and Singapore, 2:00PM in London and 9:00AM in New York) on July 21, 2006.
To participate in the conference call, callers can dial the relevant numbers mentioned in the program schedule given below. A replay of the conference calls will be available two hours after the call on July 21st and till July 27, 2006.
